June 11-July 4 High School Ceramics 1

School’s out for summer! The time is here to choose your own summer learning. Luckily, we are offering an opportunity for high school-aged students to gain skill sets with ceramics over the course of a few weeks. This course will be taught by a highly-qualified instructor and follow an approved high school syllabus for a Ceramics 1 course.  See link below for more information and registration.

July 13-July 18 Intro to Wheel Class

Come one, come all! Have you ever just wanted to learn how to throw pottery? Have you been needing something that takes the daily stress away? Craving a creative outlet? An escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life? Join our evening wheel throwing class, and find yourself – in a small class, in a creative community, in a place where a spinning wheel can bring focus and more mental energy. All beginner pottery classes welcome first timers or students with limited experience throwing pottery on the potter’s wheel. Do you want to work with clay? Create some cool functional pieces for your home, for your office or as a gift for someone else? Come and join us once a week to create in a small community. It is a wonderful escape, wind-down, and creative outlet from the daily work week that can drain us. One of the best parts is seeing your pieces fired and done. Instant sense of accomplishment.
